**The Role:**
We are looking for a Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of on-site experience and proficiency in Procore. The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, and has a proven track record of successfully closing projects. As a Project Manager, you will manage multiple projects across the Northeast, from New Jersey to Maine, overseeing teams and coordinating efforts between assistant project managers, foremen, carpenters, and helpers to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee and manage multiple projects throughout the Northeast region, from New Jersey to Maine. Majority of our business is centralized around the NYC Metropolitan area. Light travel to site will be required.
- Help lead a team of Assistant Project Managers, providing direction and support.
- Coordinate site requirements with Owners/GCs and installation teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including daily production updates and electronic records.
- Collaborate with accounting on project billings and financial tracking.
- Ensure project schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Conduct quality checks, manage punch lists, and close out projects.
- Resolve customer QC issues and ensure processes are consistently followed.
**Key Skills & Qualifications:**
- Minimum 5 years of on-site construction experience.
- Degree or diploma in Project Management or a related field.
- Proficiency with Procore.
-Can read construction blueprints and plans.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle conflicting demands.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Professional demeanor and a strong sense of ownership over project outcomes.
- Strong work ethic
- Experience working with installation teams as a sub-contractor is a plus.
