Associate Attorney Miller, Pitt, Feldman & McAnally, PC is a premier personal injury and commercial litigation law firm seeking a motivated and talented legal associate to join our team. We have offices in Tucson, Phoenix, and Flagstaff and have been serving Arizonans since the 1957. Our practice involves complex high-stakes litigation, including wrongful death, medical malpractice, products liability, and insurance bad faith. We also do business litigation and high-level transactional law. We are looking for a legal associate who is intellectually curious, a strong researcher and writer, and eager to learn and grow. Responsibilities: * Conducting legal research and writing memoranda, pleadings, and briefs * Assisting with and taking part in depositions, hearings, and trials * Communicating with clients and other attorneys * Managing case files and keeping track of deadlines Qualifications: * JD degree from an accredited law school * Admitted to practice law in Arizona or eligible for admission * Strong academic credentials * Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills * Prior litigation experience preferred but not required We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), and a generous vacation policy.
