Overview:
Support the planning, design, and documentation of construction projects through the BIM software. Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure that the digital models accurately reflect all necessary project specifications and codes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining accurate 3D models for all stages of project development.
- Ensuring all models are compliant with company standards and project requirements.
- Coordinating model data and integration with other team members.
- Assisting in troubleshooting and providing technical support related to BIM software.
Tasks and Duties:
- Creating and revising drawings and documentation using BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and other 3D modeling tools.
- Participating in meetings and collaborating with the project team to discuss and resolve matters related to model accuracy and project requirements.
- Maintaining project documentation to ensure up-to-date project status and compliance.
Education and Certification Requirements
An associate’s degree or technical degree in a relevant field such as computer-aided design (CAD), engineering or architecture.
Proficiency in BIM software, particularly Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
Understanding of construction processes and drafting techniques.
Previous industry experience is a plus.
