A PA-based industrial distributor is driving growth through automation integration—and we’re looking for a Sales Director to lead that charge.
This division has grown steadily through partnerships with key Robotics manufacturers. With project sizes ranging from $300K to $3.6M, the focus is shifting from traditional distribution to high-value integration solutions.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead a team of 3 sales reps and support specialists
- Own the sales strategy and pipeline for the automation division
- Drive complex capex sales for robotic arms, AMRs, and full systems
- Identify and engage with the right decision-makers at target accounts
- Manage vendor relationships and help align internal sales/ops teams
- Represent the automation business unit on the company leadership team
What We’re Looking For:
- 8–10 years in industrial automation/robotics sales
- Proven success closing capex integration projects
- Leadership experience managing sales teams
- Strong mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- Based in (or willing to relocate to) Central PA
This is a growth-stage leadership role with a realistic path to expand the team and impact company-wide direction.
