Crew Member

Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and friendly Crew members to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while serving delicious frozen Custard treats, baked goods, and Boba. You will engage with customers, take orders, and ensure a clean and welcoming environment. If you have a passion for ice cream, boba, and enjoy working in a fast-paced setting, this position is perfect for you!

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service throughout their visit.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the cash register.
• Scoop and serve ice cream, ensuring portion control and presentation standards are met.
• Preparing and serving Boba beverages to customers
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including sanitizing equipment and surfaces regularly.
• Handle cash transactions responsibly and accurately process payments.
• Assist in restocking supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Skills

• Previous experience in sales or food service is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and retail math is beneficial.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in a kitchen or food service setting.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
