Market Manager
Job summary:
A current job opening is available for a full-time Market Manager. We are looking for a retail leader with positive energy, and a passion for outstanding customer service. We are a seasonal market with a fast-paced environment that changes seasonally. Training and orientation work is available in March, with full-time work for the months of April through October. Our employees enjoy time off in the winter months of November through February, and a job waiting for them in March of the next year.
Applicant requirements:
Previous customer service/retail experience
Hard working and customer-service minded attitude
Ability to work as part of a team and lead with positivity
A valid drivers license and your own reliable transportation
Be able to work with a flexible schedule, including some weekend hours
Reliable work attendance
Physically be able to be on your feet all day and work in a fast-paced environment

General Job Duties:
At Miller’s Farm Market we focus on outstanding customer service and greeting every customer with a helpful, knowledgeable attitude. The Market Manager is responsible for creating this experience for customers, and working well with other employees.
Additional daily jobs include:
Head cashier operations
Gaining a working knowledge of the products we have in stock
Creating price signs, displays and adjusting prices as needed
Manage customer requests and follow-up with customer orders
Managing inventory
Training new staff on cashier operations and customer service
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
Shift:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
Work Location: In person
Salary : $17 - $18
