As a Memory Care Nursing Unit Manager you will be responsible for providing nursing care to residents consistent with their care plan and guiding the other clinical staff on your unit. You will represent the nurse management team in care plan meetings. You will make rounds on assigned halls. You will help mentor and guide the charge nurses and QMAs.
Requirements:
- Licensed to work as an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) or RN (Registered Nurse) in the State of Indiana
- Passionate about serving others
- Able to work with and provide guidance to a dedicated team
- Able to effectively communicate with other staff, providers, patients, and patient families
- Able to properly chart patient information and contribute to medical records as needed

Pay: $31.00 - $38.00 per hour
