Produce Department Manager Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Inventory Control (ordering and maintaining levels)
Setting Pricing and Adjusting as the Market Dictates
Creating Displays
Growing Sales and Maximizing Profitability
Maintain a Clean and Organized Department
Working Well With Other Team Members and Managers
Providing GREAT Customer Service and Shopping Experience
Have a Positive and Helpful Attitude

Training Other Team Members in the Department
Open & Close Store
Run Cash Register
Manage Other Staff Members as Trained to do
This position has bonus of 25% of base salary based on department performance, overall store performance and personal growth. The starting yearly salary range earning 50% of bonus is $42,300-$70200 ($42,300- we need to teach you everything, $70,200- you have successfully managed a department of this type before and have an extensive knowledge of produce, very little training needed.
