Miller’s Sport Center is a family-owned marine dealership that has been serving the Lanark, IL area since 1983. We specialize in boat sales, service, and storage, with a strong focus on exceptional customer service. Many of our employees have been with us for 20 years, reflecting the family-oriented culture and commitment we bring to both our team and our customers. While Lake Carroll is our primary service area, we also assist customers in surrounding communities.

About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to assist with day-to-day operations and dock & lift services. This role offers hands-on experience in the marine industry, with the opportunity to grow into a factory-trained boat technician position over time for those interested in expanding their skills.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Punctual & Dependable – You show up on time and are ready to work.
• Team Player & Independent Worker – You can work well with others but also complete tasks on your own.
• Problem-Solver – You contribute ideas to improve efficiency and workflow.
• Physically Capable – Able to lift 50-75 lbs as needed.

Work Schedule:

• Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Some weekend work during peak season (typically wrapping up by noon)

No Experience? No Problem!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
