What will I Do?
You will work for one of Utah’s most recognizable sports entertainment brands, with a great team, creating lasting memories for our guests and fans!
The Events Intern is responsible for assisting the planning, coordinating, and executing of non-baseball events that take place at The Ballpark at America First Square and the Rio Tinto Kennecott Stage (concerts, movie events, banquets, receptions, expos, field rentals, holiday lights, etc.). This role involves working collaboratively with fellow events team members, outside organizations, etc. to create a fun and engaging atmosphere for guests.
The position will:
- Assist with the setup, takedown, and management of event resources and supplies
- Oversee and coordinate event operations to create a welcoming environment.
- Continuously work to enhance the guest experience, bringing creativity and innovation to events.
- Create an enjoyable and memorable atmosphere for guests
- Act as the main point of contact and coordinator for activities ensuring a seamless experience.
- Take initiative and ownership of responsibilities, contributing ideas and executing new strategies to elevate events.
- Represent the company at all events.
- Perform all other tasks as assigned

- Must be able to work long hours and be available as business requires (including holidays, nights and weekends)

This is a part-time seasonal (May - October) role.
What is the hourly wage?
The wage is $17/hour
