Miller Transportation Group is hiring a Maintenance Clerk for our Miller Truck Leasing division in Lumberton, NJ. Miller Transportation Group is a mid-size, rapidly growing leader in the transportation industry that has been family-owned since 1912. The company's several business units operate as follows:

• Miller Truck Leasing - the largest privately-held truck leasing company on the East Coast. Provides full-service leasing, finance leasing, truck rental, and truck maintenance programs

• Miller Dedicated Services - Supports customers in outsourcing their transportation needs by providing vehicles, drivers, fuel, insurance, and overall industry expertise

Requirements

The Maintenance Clerk is a full-time position based in our corporate office in Lumberton, NJ. The schedule will be Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM until 4:30 PM.

You Will:

• Process parts invoices to inventory and work orders
• Follow up with vendors on service repairs and process invoices
• Ensure parts are available for scheduled work, assist to find available parts
• Hold vendors accountable for quality and adherence to schedule for outside work
• Assist Warranty Department as needed
• Coordinate with AP and AR as necessary
• Produce reports for shops and customers
• Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor
  
  
  

You Have:

• Strong attention to detail, organized, and methodical approach to data
• Strong customer service experience with team oriented approach to work
• Prior experience working in a service department or diesel maintenance shop is ideal, not required
• Coachable attitude and ability to comply with specific instructions, guidelines, rules, regulations, or other information established by management
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
