Used Car Technician - Team Leader

Miller Subaru is looking to add to its team in Lumberton, NJ and is immediately hiring for a Used Car Technician - Team Leader! We look for great people and offer career development and paid training. Are you ready to take your auto career to the next level? If so, we need to connect!

Duties:

• Conducting safety checks, repairs of used vehicles, and routine services
• Will be responsible for Quality Control Inspections of all reconditioned vehicles checked and repaired by all technicians
• Use practical knowledge of vehicle diagnostic equipment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Build a sense of pride in our used car department and prepare all vehicles with that mindset
• Use sound problem-solving skills
• Lead an existing team and build a strong team mentality where exceeding expectations is the goal
  
  
  

Requirements

You Have:

• Prior leadership experience
• Prior experience as an Auto Technician at an automotive dealership (Subaru, Honda, Nissan, Toyota, or Lexus preferred)
• Your own tools
• A clean driving record
  
  
  

You May Also Have:

• Experience with DealerTrack, X Time, or SubaruNet
• ASE certifications
