Landscaping Crew Lead
- Role Summary:Lead a team of landscaping technicians, ensuring quality service and efficiency while maintaining high standards of safety and customer satisfaction.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct a crew of landscaping technicians
- Ensure the quality of landscaping work meets company standards
- Perform tasks related to landscaping design and maintenance
- Coordinate with division lead as needed to provide excellent service
- Pay Range: $22 - $26 per hour
- Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in landscaping and crew leadership
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Experience using landscaping tools and equipment
- DOT Health Card (Required)
- Drivers License (Required)
