What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager Support Analyst position at Miller Zell?
This position requires full-time, onsite presence in the office, five days per week. Additionally, candidates must possess expert-level proficiency in Excel.
The Project Manager Support Analyst will work closely other Account Managers in supporting the broader PM team and the client with data analysis and program management. This position will be responsible for requested reporting, maintaining inventory levels for reprints and streamlining internal processes for team efficiency. Utilize core project management, communication, presentation and creative problem solving skills to deliver projects on time, scope and within budget.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Support team with maintaining inventory levels with reprints
- Forecasting and demand reporting
- Assist team with reports for programs to and for client when requested
- Become familiar with internal systems and work towards enhancements to better help the team with data cleanup/ data integrity/ inputs/ program management
- Partner with team to cross-train for support/backup
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets and client specifications are met.
- Validate dates and adjust to changing schedules
- Analyze data and report trends on various data
- Simplify and report data to associates and clients in a consistent format
- Maintain master store list(s) and other critical information
- Client updates and adjustments on timing/kits to the program
- Monitor and sustain inventory levels through the reprint process
- Streamline program flow by working closely with business partners
POSITION REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a MUST.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including (Pivot tables, Lookup and Reference Formulas, Logical Functions, Macros, Subtotaling, number/ text conversion, data cleanup)
- ACCESS (building databases)
- Experience with Smartsheet is preferred, but not required.
- Graphic print experience is preferred.
- Experience working with creative deliverables.
