Job Summary
The Assembler is a key member of our manufacturing team, responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our metal coating process. This role requires a strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct quality control checks on line products to ensure conformance to standards
• Perform preventative maintenance on platherization system, pre-heat and cure ovens, and cool-down tunnels
• Interpret scheduling sheets and other correspondence to determine cause of action for non-conforming parts
• Inspect parts for quality criteria and determine cause of action for non-conforming parts
• Sand, scrap, and reorder non-conforming parts shortages
• Lift and carry heavy parts, pallets, and returnable bins
• Maintain a fast pace when line hanging and unloading
• Differentiate between colors and check quality of shades using approved color sample plates
• Use paint measuring device to record quality, coverage, and other process data
Requirements
