GENERAL PURPOSE
Lead our global product marketing strategy and activation efforts across the Herman Miller and Knoll brands. This role is at the forefront of shaping how our products come to life in the market, delivering compelling stories, breakthrough launches, and performance-driven results across multiple channels globally. Leads a global team of talented marketers responsible for delivering multi-channel performance results for the three product categories in Americas contract, international contract and our global Retail businesses. Accountable for creating category marketing strategies, innovative go-to-market strategies, activating sales and dealer networks, and ensuring alignment across the organization to optimize revenue, product and brand health.

Education / Experience:
Expertise in product marketing strategy, go-to-market planning, activation and execution. Exceptional storytelling, communication, and presentation skills. Creative, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset balanced with business functionality. Passion for mentoring and growing a high-performing team. Excels at driving forward large, matrixed teams with leadership, diplomacy, and action-orientation. Excels in building trust and creating fellowship within the organization to drive the work forward. Ability to think and plan big picture but execute with an eye for detail and excellence across all touchpoints. Expresses leadership agility when faced with team changes, business obstacles, macro-economic hurdles, and shifts in customer preference. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Develop and align global product marketing strategies and go-to-market plans with the product and business strategies and vision.
- Elevate our category and product positioning with dynamic storytelling, market insights, and creative activation.
- Set a bold vision, foster team excellence, and drive cross functional alignment to deliver impactful new product launches and compelling activation strategies.
- Establish best practices that streamline work, integrate into the NPC process and improve efficiency and enhance the effectiveness of global product launches.
- Acts as a key change agent, guiding the organization to a two-phased annual launch activation strategy.
- Leads the activation team that is critical in equipping and activating the MillerKnoll Sales team and Dealer Network to drive revenue growth and amplify key products and initiatives.
- Collaborate and build alignment with cross-functional stakeholders, including product category, brand marketing, sales enablement, channel marketing, creative studio, sales and distribution teams.
- Drive a unified and efficient marketing approach across both brands.
- Accountable for the development and ongoing management of large-scale category and launch budgets, optimizing to ensure a high return on investment and long-term product and brand health.
- Establish clear purpose, roles, structure, budgets, KPIs, and processes to create a unified and efficient global product marketing approach for the Herman Miller and Knoll brands.
- Perform additional responsibilities as needed to achieve business objectives.

Education / Experience:
- 10–15 years of product marketing experience in a matrixed or global environment.
- Proven leadership in product marketing, go-to-market planning, product commercialization, and storytelling.
- BA/BS preferred, Master’s degree is a plus.
