What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barista position at Millers All Day?
Millers All Day is looking for a Counter Service/Barista with full time availability. Our Ideal applicants are responsible, hard-working, possess coffee knowledge and a strong passion to learn more. We are looking for service-oriented individuals who can balance making a great latte while providing exceptional experiences for the people who come into our restaurant. While working the espresso machine, you also have 6 counter seats. Our guests who sit there can order anything from our full menu including alcohol, so there is an opportunity to make more in tips. You also make coffees and sell pastries to those who are waiting to be seated at the restaurant along with to go orders .
Our hours of operation are 8am-3pm during the week and 8am-4pm on the weekends.
Key Responsibilities include:
Prepare hot and cold espresso drinks in accordance with company standards and customer needs
Maintain a clean work area
Engage authentically with staff and guests
Provide excellent customer service
