Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate

We are looking for a high character, proactive, detail-oriented, and engaging individual to join our team who is interested in growing with the company. MH Fine Hardware is a high-end supplier of decorative plumbing and hardware focused on the trade - Luxury custom home builder, architects, interior designers and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery & Logistics:

• Safely and efficiently deliver products to clients on schedule
• Transfer product, displays and paperwork between locations
• Plan and route deliveries while maintaining clear communication with clients.
• Update the company calendar with scheduled deliveries and transfers.
• Load and unload company trucks, securing all items with appropriate straps, braces, and padding to prevent shifting and damage

Warehouse Operations:

• Inspect incoming products for accuracy and condition.
• Tag and bin-locate all items for project builds and stock inventory.
• Pull tagged products for client pick-up and delivery orders.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, including sweeping and proper garbage disposal.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards.
• Store, organize, and rotate stock using proper storage methods and procedures.

Equipment & Facility Maintenance:

• Operate and maintain the company truck, forklift, and other company and warehouse equipment, coordinating necessary maintenance with management.
• Assist with display installations and showroom maintenance, including light replacements.

Additional Support:

• Provide operational support as needed to ensure smooth day-to-day warehouse and delivery functions.

Requirements

• Must possess a good work ethic and work well with other team members
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must be able to lift, push, pull, and handle items weighing up to 75 pounds on a routine basis
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with clients and team members
• Prior experience in delivery and warehouse operations required
• Experience operating a forklift (certification preferred but not required)
• Must be able to work with a minimum amount of supervision under stressful conditions
• Must be able to pass a drug and background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• Warehouse: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:
