DAs sit at the front desk of the residence hall and provide excellent customer service to residential students and their guests.Required Qualifications
- Must be a full-time student
- Must reside in an on-campus hall (exceptions may be made with approval from your RAD)
- Must maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.3
- Must have a flexible schedule that allows them to work weekdays, weeknights, and weekends
- May not participate in time-intensive academic coursework while a staff member where you would be in session all weekdays and weekends. This includes student teaching or some internships
- Must complete 3 required clearances (PA Criminal Background, Child Abuse History, and FBI Fingerprints)Preferred Qualifications Job Duties
- Provide customer services at the front desk from 12 noon - 5pm and 10pm - 3am daily
- Check students IDs
- Perform Lockouts
- Distribute mail and sign out packages
- Sign Out Equipment
- Sign in / out guests
