Job Summary/Basic Function
The Department of Mathematics is seeking student workers (tutors) to work in the Mathematics Assistance Center (MAC).
Required Qualifications
- Mathematics Major (Good Standing)
- Interactive/Personal Skills
- Recommendation of Math Faculty
- Completion MATH 211 (Calculus 2)
- Must complete 3 required clearances (PA Criminal Background, Child Abuse History, and FBI Fingerprints).
Preferred Qualifications
Job Duties
- 1-on-1 and small group tutoring in MAC.
- Communication with MAC coordinator regarding department and student needs.
