The Department of Exploratory Studies & Student Development is seeking a student to provide a variety of tasks to assist the office. Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications Job Duties
Prioritize office work
Greet and assist visitors to our office, ensuring that all student visitors sign in for appointments and complete surveys before departing
Answer the phone and provide quality customer service to all callers who contact our office
Participate in all departmental tabling events
Complete ad hoc projects throughout the semester
Assist department chair in any duties as assigned
Maintain a neat and clean work environment through weekly cleaning
Help AASD maintain confidentiality by promptly shredding documents on a weekly basis.
Working Conditions and Physical Effort
Be able to sit and use a computer for the length of shift
Ability to lift 10 lbs
