Job Summary / Basic Function
Reporting to the Director of Web & Creative Services, the Video & Multimedia Specialist will be a key team member of University Communications & Marketing. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic storyteller, comfortable with various media platforms and can manage multiple projects focused on recruitment and retention efforts as well as private support. Additionally, the selected candidate is a member of “The Presidential Communications Team” and assists with videos ranging from “welcome back” and “good luck on finals” to key pieces for “State of the ‘Ville” and strategic planning. Finally, the Video & Multimedia Specialist assists with updating promotional videos for department webpages and key paid advertising campaigns.
