Duties
- Manage and coordinate attorney appointments, ensuring optimal scheduling.
- Perform office management tasks, including maintaining organized records and files.
- Cover front desk responsibilities, including greeting patients and answering phone calls.
- Assist with administrative duties as needed to support the overall efficiency of the office.
- Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and financial advisors.
- No phone calls.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar scheduling role is preferred.
- Proficiency in administrative procedures.
- Familiarity with Outlook and other relevant Microsoft Suite software.
- Excellent 10 key typing skills for accurate data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
