Analista de Control En Tiendas y Call Center Retencion
Experiencia laboral y educación
Experiencia: 1 año en responsabilidades similares.
Educación: Egresado o cursando estudios universitarios en la carrera de Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Economía o afines.
Área: Preferible en Comercial, Marketing, Pricing o similar.
Conocimientos Específicos
- Conocimiento financieros básicos - Capacidad analítica.
-Excel Intermedio. - Conocimiento en procesos de retención, fidelización y aspectos comerciales de la oferta
- Conocimiento básico de tecnología y procedimientos internos - Capacidad de negociación y trabajo en equipo
Responsabilidades y tareas relevantes
  • Control: Control Online del Tráfico vs Planificado, Control de Tiempos
Operativos, Control de Ausentismo, Control de Agentes logueados y en Break.
  • Relevamiento: Relevamiento Diario de puestos Operativos / No Operativos. Ausentes, Capacitación, Coaching.
Ante comportamiento atípico del trafico relevamiento de Motivo de llamadas e incidencia
  • Registro: Registrar todo movimiento que afecte el normal cumplimiento de los objetivos de las unidades.
  • Análisis: Análisis de datos Online y generación de informes pre establecidos por el área.
  • Realizar el seguimiento en línea del cumplimiento de tiempos e indicadores de performance (AHT, pausas, otros).
  • Verificar el check list de funcionamiento de servicios (mínimo tres sin eventos).
  • Acompañar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de SVL.
  • Generar y dar seguimiento a la bitácora de eventos que generen desvíos en los indicadores de performance y administración de recursos.
  • Ejecutar planes de contingencia definidos y coordinados con planning para posibles eventos.
  • Interactuar con áreas técnicas y de servicios generales ante requerimientos del área.
  • Administrar la comunicación y las definiciones de acción a la línea de atención.
  • Realizar el seguimiento desde el inicio al cierre de los eventos.
  • Escalar desvíos de alto impactos a Planning, Producción, NOC y áreas necesarias.
  • Administrar y Verificar el correcto funcionamiento de los recursos materiales para atención. En caso de fallas, escalar al soporte IT y dar seguimiento. (Máquinas y auriculares)
  • Administrar el uso de Plasmas o medios de visualización de métricas.
  • Administrar IVR, respecto a mensajes, audio y actualizarlo en forma permanente.
  • Realizar todas las acciones que sean necesarias para lograr las metas establecidas propias del sector, de acuerdo al marco legal y a las normas/políticas y procedimientos vigentes, teniendo en cuenta que las funciones establecidas en esta descripción de cargo no son limitativas sino enunciativas.
