Lider de Administradores de Bases de Datos
Experiencia laboral y educación
Experiencia: 5 años en responsabilidades similares.
Educación: Egresado universitario de la carrera de Análisis de Sistemas, Ingeniería Informática o similar.
Inglés: Avanzado.
Área: Preferible Telecomunicaciones o similar.
Professional Qualification: preferible MBA.
Conocimientos Específicos
- Administración y gestión de proyectos. Conocimiento de negociación y manejo de recursos humanos. Gerenciamiento y pensamiento estratégico.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
- Conocimiento del flujo de Integración Continua (CI) y Despliegue Continuo (CD).
- Experiencia o conocimiento de metodologías de desarrollo de software ágil.
- Amplio conocimiento, experiencia y dominio de SQL y otros lenguajes de consulta, procedimientos almacenados, BD relacionales y no relacionales.
- Experiencia en la administración de DBMS tales como Oracle, SQL Server, PostgresSQL. Incluyendo el diseño, implementación, monitoreo y mantenimiento
- Sólida experiencia y dominio de la variedad de posibles implementaciones de Arquitecturas de acuerdo a los requerimientos específicos (HA, DRP, Security, IMDB, etc.)
- Conocimiento en la implementación de medidas de seguridad, como gestión de usuarios, controles de acceso y encriptación de datos, para proteger la información sensible.
- Experiencia en Sistema Operativo Linux.
- Experiencia significativa en el uso de GIT.
- Experiencia con lenguajes de scripting.
- Experiencia y conocimiento en el uso de software de seguimiento de proyectos (Ej. JIRA)
