Responsibilities and Duties
- Maintain files, records, and reports in Human Resources Talent Central and SAP Management System (turnover, safety, local / regional compensation data)
- Administer core Human Resources functions and compliance areas to include :

Onboarding / OffboardingCompany Policies and ProceduresBenefits, Retirement, and Leave Programs (FMLA)Salary AdministrationWorkers CompensationsFile Unemployment with TN.Gov for associates as neededLead the talent acquisition process including developing / maintaining job descriptions, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, maintaining the Talent Central job posting system.Liaison with payroll, absence recording, and holiday recording systemsAssist associates and applicants with employment, rules, policies, and job opportunitiesAct as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the Human Resources Manager, and management team on all location matters (tactical, operational and strategic).Coordinate new hire staffing and 1st Day activitiesLead special HR related projects, surveys, or initiativesDemonstrate a high level of confidentiality at all times .Qualifications – Required :
Ability to speak, write and read the English languageAbility to read and prepare a variety of documents and reports including requisitions, Leave of Absence (General and FMLA), Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, & COBRA) and other office correspondenceAbility to communicate and interact with other associates, vendors, and the general public, while exhibiting poise, voice control and confidenceAttention to accuracy of highly detailed information and confidentialityProficient in PC hardware components, desktop operation system software, application software, Human Resource SAP and Microsoft OfficeAble to work alone on broad variety of projectsQualifications - Preferred :
Bi-lingual communication (English / Spanish)Minimum 2-year Associates Degree preferred or equivalent experience in Human Resources.Proficient in SAP.Manufacturing environment experience.OSHA guidelines and workplace safety processes experienceThe successful candidate should demonstrate strengths in the following :
