Position reports to the department Manager/Supervisor. Candidate must be available to work a 10 hour per day, straight shift including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
- Electrically troubleshoot weaving equipment.
- Train CET’s and continuously mentor CET’s.
- Assist CET’s as needed. Assist in scheduling rotating CET positions and fill in for associates on vacation or out sick.
- Troubleshoot, repair and maintain auxiliary equipment as assigned.
- Identify and implement cost savings projects in the weave room including repairing electronic equipment and finding alternate vendors for electronic equipment.
- Manage the motor rewind process.
- Manage the boards-repaired-by-vendor process.
- Troubleshoot, repair and maintain all prep equipment as assigned.
- Utilize SAP Maintenance module.
- Troubleshoot, repair and maintain extrusion winders.
