Responsibilities and Expectations :
1. Follow all plant safety rules and expectations
2. Also wear proper PPE for the task.
3. Perform scheduled maintenance on all stop motions
4. Perform scheduled Maintenance on E-Stops and all other safety devices on machine
5. Must properly follow LOTO procedures
6. Perform scheduled maintenance on cots and aprons for MVS and MTS frames
7. Perform scheduled maintenance on frame overhauls for MVS and MTS frames
8. Perform scheduled maintenance on nozzles for MVS and MTS frames
9. Assist with machine breakdown issues
10. Work with suppliers and order parts as needed
11. Any other duties requested by your direct manager or department manager
Tools Required : Complete set of hand tools, necessary gauges and specialty tools, Company issued lock out / tag out, Power On caution tag, goggles / safety glasses, steel toe shoes, utility knife, cut resistant glove, scissors, OSHA approved air nozzle for compressed air, ear plugs, tugger with trailer, and brooms.
Materials Used : Machine parts, and lubricants.
Supervision Exercised : Receives instructions from Maintenance Manager. Some job duties may not be indicated in roles and responsibilities.
Minimum Job Requirements : Must be able to read and write. Must have basic math and computer skills. Must be cleared by Occupational Nurse for vision and color vision.
Competency testing may be required.
Follow all Safety Rules and All Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be used as required. Any accident or near miss must be reported immediately.
