Key Responsibilities

Establish and manage the annual budget, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
Operational Management
Oversee the daily operations of the organization, including distribution, sales, logistics, and customer service.

Implement systems and processes to improve operational performance and minimize costs.
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.

Sales and Customer Relations

Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to drive growth, manage change, and achieve business objectives.
