Your Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Manager of Demand Generation to lead multi-channel marketing efforts designed to drive significant pipeline growth and revenue impact. This individual contributor role will focus on generating qualified leads for the Aircraft Management and Charter division, with opportunities to grow into team leadership responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Development & Execution
- Design and implement full-funnel marketing campaigns across digital advertising, SEO, email marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), content creation, direct mail, partnership marketing, and events.
- Develop audience-specific approaches targeting high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), brokers, and corporate flight departments.
- Continuously optimize digital advertising, website, and lead-nurturing workflows for efficiency and conversion quality.
Pipeline Growth
- Achieve measurable pipeline growth and contribute to company targets for high-quality business opportunities.
- Focus on increasing Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and ensuring seamless progress within the sales pipeline.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Develop and execute personalized ABM initiatives for key enterprise accounts and aviation decision-makers.
- Craft messaging strategies to improve account engagement and enhance conversion rates.
Analytics & Optimization
- Track and assess campaign performance using metrics such as MQLs, SQLs, and ROI.
- Provide actionable insights for optimizing ongoing and future campaigns.
Team Collaboration & Strategic Alignment
- Partner with the Sales and Business Strategy teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Support the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team by ensuring timely and effective lead follow-ups.
- Collaborate on event marketing efforts and contribute to the development of ABM and content marketing initiatives.

Your Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand generation, performance marketing, or growth marketing, preferably in aviation, luxury services, or premium industries.
Skills & Competencies
- Deep understanding of multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in campaign tracking, pipeline metrics, and ROI analysis.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.
Preferred Experience
- Background in aviation or working with high-net-worth clientele.
- Proven record of achieving pipeline-growth targets in B2B or high-end luxury industries.
