Position Summary

You'll assist in financial reporting, account reconciliation, invoicing, and various operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing journal entries and maintaining general ledger accounts.
- Reconcile bank statements and internal accounts.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Help with accounts payable and receivable processing.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports and spreadsheets.
- Conduct data entry and ensure accuracy in financial documentation.
- Assist with audits, tax filings, and compliance reporting as needed.
- Support ad hoc financial projects and administrative tasks.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
