Objective
The Client Relations Sales Manager will attract, develop and maintain client relationships through outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities / Duties
The Client Relations Sales Manager's responsibilities and duties will include but not be limited to the following:
- Direct contact with customers and senior executives of corporate flight departments. Frequent traveling with a flexible schedule will be necessary to meet the traveling customer's needs and appointment opportunities.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through regular contact and outstanding customer service.
- Analyze the territory/market's potential and determine the value of existing and prospective customers to the organization.
- Plan and personalize a fuel sales strategy.
- Attract new clients and expand fuel sales.
- Coordinate sales efforts with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups within the organization.
- Use CSI to log all sales activity and customer contacts.
- Generate ongoing sales reports to be submitted to the EVP during regularly scheduled sales efforts meetings. Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports will be used.
- Keep abreast of market conditions and competitive activities in all product and service areas.
- Resolve customer service issues.
- Understand all company's service offerings and clearly communicates them to clients and prospective clients. Educate clients on new offerings.
- Coordinate with other managers/locations to increase sales. Cross selling other Million Air services when appropriate (maintenance/charter/other Million Air FBOs).
- Attend trade shows, seminars, conferences and industry training programs.

Reporting Relationships
Reports directly to the Executive Vice President Global Development
Work Environment
This position operates in a professional environment, which may include exposure to all types of weather conditions and direct contact with both moving and non-moving aircraft.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job, to include but not limited to:
- Able to lift and carry up to 25
- Stand to greet customers during verbal exchanges, walk throughout the facility to interact with customers.

Position Type and Hours of Work
This is an Exempt position. This position may require working evenings and weekends, and on company scheduled holidays.
Travel
Travel is expected for this position. Possible travel may include industry trade shows, sales opportunities, and assisting other locations.
Education, Experience, and Eligibility Qualifications
- 5-7 years' experience in sales/account prospecting environment required. Experience in aviation a plus.
- High School Diploma; GED
- Must demonstrate a willingness to continuously improve sales and the customer
- Must be highly organized and detail
- High energy level and positive
- Proven track record of quota
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple
- Strong written and verbal
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and web-based
