Sales Social Media Intern (8-Week Program)

Location: Remote/Flexible

Compensation: Paid Internship

Start Date: May 19th

We're looking for an enthusiastic Sales Social Media Intern to help us drive B2B sales, grow our Discord community, and manage and grow our social media presence.

What You’ll Do:

Sales Development (40%)

  • Research potential B2B leads, identify decision-makers, and pursue partnership opportunities.
  • Reach out to leads via email, LinkedIn, and other channels to initiate conversations.
  • Assist in tracking sales progress and maintaining a pipeline of prospects.

Social Media Content Creation (40%)

  • Develop and schedule engaging social media content across platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Twitter).
  • Monitor trends and adapt content to resonate with target audiences.
  • Track and analyze the performance of posts to refine strategies.

Community Growth (20%)

  • Manage and grow our Discord community of 250 members, encouraging member participation and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the team to create strategies for boosting user retention, member count, and interaction.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Bonus: Experience with sales, digital marketing, or community management.
