Your Role
The Quality Control Supervisor for Sample Logistics will be responsible for:
- Supervising the QC Sample Logistics team, coordinating sample logistics activities to distribute materials and documentation promptly and accurately to the analytical laboratories.
- Promoting a culture of safety, quality, and continuous process improvement.
- Establishing objectives and develop personnel to ensure operations are in compliance with
- Quality Systems guidelines and customer requirements.
- Managing department process workflows to meet business needs.
- Selecting, training, developing, motivating, and evaluating employees.
- Leading and participating in process improvement efforts.
Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology or other Life Science discipline
- 1 years of lab experience in Analytical Chemistry, Life Science or Chemical industry
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior leadership training
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Management skills – planning, organizing, delegating and decision making
- Demonstrated role model behavior and motivational skills
- Conflict resolution and teaching skills
- Regulatory skills – excellent documentation, attention to detail, communication, and interpretation
- Proficiency with SAP
- Database and data analytics skills
- Technical knowledge in chemistry, biochemistry or life sciences with emphasis on analytical methodology
- Knowledge of chemical hazards and safety policies
- Knowledge of Process Improvement methods and techniques
