Job Requirements
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our upcoming and active projects. The ideal candidate will have direct project management and/or field experience employed by a Prime Contractor firm on heavy civil construction projects.
Core Functions
- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, considering factors such as resource allocation, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, public entities, regulatory agencies, and subcontractors.
- Construction Oversight: Supervise the construction process, including procurement, subcontractor management, and site inspections.
- Budget and Cost Control: Manage project budgets, forecasts, and expenditures to optimize resource utilization and control costs.
