Our client is a leading land brokerage and consulting firm thats serves the greater Eastern Shore of Maryland, Delaware, and Virginia. They are seeking an Entry-Level Advisor to join their dynamic team in Salisbury, Maryland.

With over two decades of real estate experience and a remarkable track record of over $1 billion in transactions in the past five years, they are continuing to grow and are looking to add candidates who are interested in building a creative and rewarding career in sales, agri-business, or land brokerage and development.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and analysis to support land management and development projects.
• Marketing properties, scheduling showings, and conduct field work.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs.
• Support the team in managing transactions from initiation to completion

Qualifications:

• A minimum of two years of experience needed in sales, agriculture sales, environmental-related sales, insurance sales (relating to agri-business), commercial real estate, or marketing.
• A keen interest in land brokerage, development, agriculture, real estate, or related fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A proactive positive mental outlook and eager-to-learn attitude.
• Problem solving, critical thinking, and a personal work ethic to succeed.
• A passion for the outdoors, agriculture, the natural environment, outdoor recreation will serve the candidate well.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Land Advisor positions are classified as an Independent Contractor and are fully commission based.
• Entry-level Advisors are heavily supported in the beginning with a list of prospective leads.
• All expenses for Land Advisors beginning in the Associate level are paid by the company, including licensing fees, insurance, website, and a myriad of marketing expenses.
• Access to a group health insurance policy can be offered.
