Key Responsibilities
- Tenant Prospecting:
- Identify and target potential retail tenants through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing tenants.
- Lease Negotiations:
- Prepare, review, and negotiate lease agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market standards.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns during lease negotiations.
- Market Analysis:
- Analyze retail market trends, competitor activities, and tenant performance to maximize occupancy rates and rental income.
- Provide insights on optimal lease terms, pricing strategies, and tenant mix for the portfolio.
- Collaboration:

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
- 5 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, with a focus on retail properties.
- In-depth knowledge of commercial leasing terms, legal requirements, and retail market dynamics.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in real estate software and tools, such as CoStar, Yardi, or similar platforms.
