Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Reports to: Warehouse Coordinator/Lead

Job Objective: To ensure timely and accurate receipt and distribution of product into and out of the warehouse.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

· Learn all of the different MillPress Imports and Season’s products

· Learn all of the warehouse locations

· Show the ability to properly receive in product and raw materials into the warehouse following all of the policies and procedures put in place

· Perform efficient and accurate order picking as needed for customer orders

· Assist in production as needed or when asked by the warehouse coordinator, production lead, and/or plant manager

· Present ideas to more efficiently organize the warehouse and assist in implementation

· Understand the different shipping methods and show the ability to properly load product onto trucks and fill out corresponding paperwork neatly and accurately

· Stage raw materials for production use

· Relocate finished product into designated locations once it has been produced

· Assist in training of new warehouse and/or production associates

· Assist internet fulfillment center as needed or when asked by the warehouse coordinator, production lead, and/or plant manager

· Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the warehouse

· Notify warehouse coordinator or plant manager of any potential safety hazards and/or product spills or contamination

· Maintain a clean and organized area outside of the building

Work Experience/Skills:

· 2 or more years of warehouse experience

· Experience running a forklift (forklift certified)

· Experience with food safety

· Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
