Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products
- Utilize various measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, dial bores and height gages to verify product dimensions
- Collect and analyze data using and electronic system to identify trends and areas for improvement in quality management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Follow established QA/QC procedures to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Inspect and evaluate product samples for defects or deviations from specifications
Skills:
- Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and practices and geometric tolerances
- Proficient in conducting quality inspections using various tools and equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to identify defects or deviations from specifications
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Capable of performing their work responsibilities with reasonable accommodations
Experience running a CMM from solid models and working in an ISO9001:2015 certified environment is a plus. Desired schedule is 7:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.
