Description of the role:
As an Automotive Billing Clerk at Mills Auto Group, you will be responsible for handling billing car deals and the tasks related to automotive vehicles sales.
Responsibilities:
- Process and posting car deals accurately and in a timely manner
- Verify documentation and information for billing accuracy and timeliness
- Communicate with Finance and Sales Managers in conjunction with the vehicle sales
- Review and reconcile schedules pertaining to the Billing function
- Process Trade Payoffs
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the Automotive billing or accounting department
- Experience with CDK software and online title software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills
