PORSCHE SERVICE MANAGER

Description of the role:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Porsche Service Manager to join our team at Mills Auto Group. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the service department and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will manage a team of technicians and collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and maximize customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the service department, including technicians and support staff
• Monitor daily operations, ensure efficient workflow, and prioritize tasks
• Develop and implement service department goals, policies, and procedures
• Manage customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and finance, to enhance customer experience and drive revenue
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Porsche models, features, and technical specifications

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury automotive dealership
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Working knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in computer systems and automotive software
