This is a senior-level position that requires exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the automotive parts industry.Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies to optimize parts sales and profitability across multiple brandsLead a team of parts managers and staff to achieve sales targets and ensure exceptional customer serviceCreate and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers, identifying opportunities for growth and maximizing customer loyaltyMonitor market trends and competitor activities to drive innovation and stay ahead in the marketOversee inventory management and ensure proper stock levels are maintainedCollaborate with other departments to enhance overall dealership operations and profitabilityRequirements Minimum 8 years of experience in the automotive parts industry, with a HUGE focus on wholesaleAbility to handle a very large inventory ($5 million )Prior experience in a leadership or management positionDeep understanding of automotive parts sales and distribution processesProven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targetsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentBenefits We offer a competitive compensation package, with a salary range of $180,000 to $220,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
