Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee concrete
construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven
ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate teams, and ensure that projects are delivered on
time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining our commitment to quality. Additionally,
the Project Manager will play a key role in developing and managing our new General
Contracting (GC) division specializing in tilt-up concrete construction. As we are scaling rapidly,
this role requires someone who can step in and make an immediate impact with minimal
transition or training. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about growing a
division and making a lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of concrete construction projects.
- Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Manage resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
- Lead project teams and communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal staff.
- Monitor project progress, track performance, and address any challenges or delays.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to leadership.
- Lead the development of the GC division for tilt-up concrete construction, including identifying opportunities and building client relationships.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, preferably in concrete services.
- Strong knowledge of concrete construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Experience or knowledge in tilt-up concrete construction is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.
