What are the responsibilities and job description for the Concrete Laborer position at Mills Concrete?
The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors. This person will learn from our experienced team and have the opportunity to grow into additional responsibilities if desired.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUCTIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be physically able to perform general laborer duties, such as moderate to heavy lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, reaching, kneeling, squatting, standing for long periods of time.
- Must be a reliable employee, maintaining consistent and reliable attendance, including but not limited to arriving to work at the scheduled start time.
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week, 4 days per week - Monday - Thursday, 10-hour shifts.
- Have a valid driver's license.
- Perform other job duties as required.

- Tools on job trailer
Salary : $20 - $22
