Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Assist with correspondence, preparing reports, maintaining records, and handling property management-related documentation.
- Calendar and Schedule Management: Manage appointments, meetings, and deadlines to ensure efficient time management for the team.
- Communication: Act as a point of contact for tenants, vendors, and contractors, handling inquiries and coordinating responses.
- Property Oversight: Assist in managing property listings, lease agreements, maintenance requests, and inspections.
- Financial Coordination: Track expenses, process invoices, and assist in preparing financial reports related to property management.
- Task Management: Coordinate follow-ups and ensure timely completion of ongoing projects and assignments.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve minor issues related to property operations or tenant concerns.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably in property management or real estate.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (experience with platforms like AppFolio or Yardi is a plus).
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Familiarity with property management processes and terminology is preferred but not required.
