Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a field related to marketing, communications, or multimedia production.
- 3-5 years of professional experience managing creative & technical staff and processes in a production environment.
- Demonstrated understanding of broadcast video best practices and storytelling techniques.
- Proven success in developing and evaluating results-oriented video production.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must learn and become adept at using Mills James Media Pulse Enterprise facilities management software.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A high degree of adaptability in a continually changing environment.
- Valid driver's license required; must be available for some travel and work flexible hours.
- Provide direct leadership and creative direction to the Multicamera Director and Associate Producer.
- Serve as the main point of contact with clients, ensuring their vision is clearly communicated and met.
- Manage daily communications among clients, talent, and the production team.
- Develop detailed scripts for each show, with script writing samples required as part of the application process.
- Manage show adjustments and creative changes as needed.
- Collaborate with agency talent to ensure on-air performance aligns with the overall production vision.
- Coordinate with the Production Manager and technical teams to effectively implement technical and visual changes.
- Oversee production budgeting and scheduling to ensure timely completion of tasks and optimal resource management.
- Supervise the post-production process to guarantee that final deliverables meet broadcast standards.
- Organize planning meetings, conference calls, and site surveys with clients as required.
- Perform other production-related tasks as assigned to support overall team and company objectives.
- Experience with multicamera production techniques.
- Familiarity with current broadcast standards and technology.
- Strong budgeting skills and experience managing production finances.
- Ability to effectively troubleshoot on-set and post-production challenges.
