DEPUTY FOREMAN

The Deputy Foreman is responsible for delivering he highest quality of maintenance cleaning services to coatings coverings and architectural surfaces on marine vessels. The Deputy Foreman reports to the Foreman and becomes POC in the Foreman’s absences.

Requirements

• Following company’s policies
• Follow posted schedules to arrive for word on time.
• Communicate unexpected absence at the earliest opportunity.
• Assist with gathering equipment and supplies for each job.
• Plans daily assignments and goals for technicians
• Follow safety guidelines and operating procedures for equipment and products.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment, vehicles, and paint components.
• Be accessible by phone and email for port Engineer.
• Attend team meetings.
• Attend performance reviews with superintendent.

• A valid government ID – Driver License, Passport, or other government identification
• Must be eligible to work within the United States
• Must have reliable transportation to and from office
• Must have basic computer skills to be able to access training and employment information.

Physical Demands and Expectations:
