We currently have opportunities in our organization for experienced desk adjusters in the role of Account Manager.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
MMA Account Managers adjust claims for a multitude of clients in our team-based structure. The ideal candidate would possess the following:
- 5 years of experience adjusting/handling complex litigated or General Liability claims including Bodily Injury and Property Damage Liability.
- Strong knowledge of the litigation/arbitration process including negotiation skills to resolve claims.
- Experience with or exposure to the following is preferred, but not required:
- Trucking claims
- Construction Defect claims
- Competent understanding of coverage under General Liability policies.
- Computer literacy including intermediate-level proficiency of MS Office programs and navigation in a Windows-based technology environment.
- Strong organizational skills and great attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work fully remote with a dedicated home office space and reliable internet connection capable of accessing company systems; equipment provided if needed.
- Active All-Lines Florida Insurance Claims Adjuster license or similar license in resident/home state.
