8am-4:30pm Saturday and Sundays
How You Will Be Successful:
- Greet residents and guests as they enter the building
- Answer phone calls with courtesy and route to the appropriate associate as needed.
- Ensure amenities are in tour condition prior to leasing office opening each morning
- Manage deliveries by documenting arrival information and notifying residents within 24 hours.
- Report to management any safety concerns, hazardous conditions, or maintenance needs
- Assist other tasks as assigned by the property manager
- Maintain positive communications with residents and provide excellent service through courteous and timely response to resident needs and concerns
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of work area
- Abide by Mills policies and procedures and laws pertaining to Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, etc.
- Embrace Mills values and apply to all areas of responsibility
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Valid drivers license and proof of insurance required
- Previous concierge or guest services experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
