1st shift : 7am -3:30pm
2nd shift: 3:30pm-Midnight

(Pay rate $20.00 for 1st shift $22.00 for 2nd shift)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Working within a cleanroom environment, the Cleanroom Assembler will have the following responsibilities:

• Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures to correctly inspect, assmble and package medical devices.
• Ability to wear lab gowns, gloves, booties, bonnet and mask during the shift in the cleanroom.
• Fill out all paperwork documenting steps performed, quantities, and quality checks performed.
• Cleaning, assembly, and inspection of medical devices
• Safe and efficient operation of manual, semi-automatic, and automatic equipment
• Package & label various medical devices
• Visual inspection of medical devices and packaging
• Seal pouches/trays
• Conduct digital transactions through a computer system
• Communicate effectively verbally and through writing with co-workers as needed on items including (but not limited to) product quality, equipment safety and maintenance, material requirements, and best practices
• Must follow all the specs outlined by the customer & Millstone Medical

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of manufacturing/production experience required
• Familiarity with multi-step manufacturing programs
• Exceptional level of attention to detail
• Ability to follow complex procedures
• Ability to learn complex multi-step processes, including the safe use of complex equipment
• Adaptability and Change Management skills - possess a positive attitude and be willing to adapt and develop as requirements of assigned tasks dictate
• Adherence to Good Manufacturing Principles
• Ability to work in a team setting
• Ability to multi-task and work independently while maintaining production output goals
• Proficient computer skills
• Math skills
• Good organizational skills
• Mechanical Aptitude a plus
